 Thanks for downloading SmartMuve! Here's how to get started in a few easy steps.  SmartMuve is a smart reminder to move app that adjusts its reminders based on your steps. Set it and forget it - the app will do its thing on its own. To get started, follow these five easy steps:  1. Select the required permissions in your phone's iOS settings app.  2. Choose the time interval you want between reminders.  3. Choose when you want reminders to move.  4. Choose where you want reminders to move.  5. Turn it on!  Step 1: Select Settings Open the Settings app on your iPhone (gear icon), scroll down and select the SmartMuve App icon.      Important  - be sure 'Location' is set to 'Always'. If it isn't, the app will not be able to run in the background and you will not get reminders to move when you want them. Also ensure 'Motion & Fitness' and 'Background App Refresh ' are enabled.
